Jerry Tan
Graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Finance & Marketing) from the University of Oregon
Jerry is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 37 years of management experience spanning technology, innovation, media-architecture, construction, and F&B. His exposure in various industries has given him adaptability and broad management skills to integrate synergistic value to any venture. A hallmark of his career is innovating and installing the world’s largest media projector screen at the iconic Singapore Sports Hub. Jerry applies this integrative expertise to today's most pressing challenges, with a keen focus on food security and the implementation of carbon-neutral and circular economy models. Jerry's leadership has driven the successful completion of major business ventures across international markets, including Russia, Indonesia, and Singapore.
Tan Kim Leng
Graduated with a B.Sc. (Computer and Information Sciences) from the University of Singapore and an MBA from the Nanyang Technological University
Kim Leng brings more than three decades of international experience as a highly sought-after advisor, author, and corporate trainer. His career, spanning over 20 countries, has focused on guiding organizations through complex innovation and change, particularly in digital transformation and sustainable development. His core expertise covers strategic digital planning, smart city initiatives, and digital government, alongside a deep focus on food security, sustainable development, carbon-neutral strategies, and the circular economy. Kim Leng has led many executive workshops addressing senior executives from leading institutions across various regions.


Louis Tay
Graduated with a B.Eng (Civil) (Hons) and MSc (Civil) from the National University of Singapore
Louis is a cornerstone of our leadership, bringing 40 years of unparalleled experience in the building consultancy business from projects both in Singapore and across the globe. As a Registered Professional Structural Engineer, Louis combines foundational technical mastery with a passionate focus on the future. He is a leading expert in sustainable design and development, championing solutions that are not only structurally sound but also environmentally responsible. His approach holistically integrates critical strategies for food security, carbon-neutral development, and sustainable growth. His deep expertise, global strategic networks, and commitment to innovation ensure that the projects we undertake are built on this strong, future-proof foundation.


Florence Fang
Graduated with MSc. and BSc. (Computer and Information Sciences) from the National University of Singapore (NUS)
Florence Fang brings over 20 years of experience in strategic communications, brand management and corporate leadership. Formerly CEO of an ASX-listed investor relations and public relations firm, she has a strong track record in stewardship, sustainability, technology and marketing initiatives. She has supported over 600 companies in enhancing investor confidence, strengthening brand value, and building purpose-driven narratives that resonate with diverse stakeholders. Known for her strategic insight and hands-on leadership, Florence develops integrated campaigns that link business performance with long-term growth, helping food enterprises achieve stronger market positioning and trusted, sustainable brand impact.
